Cook Sought For Greater Northfield Senior Center The cook is responsible for managing, planning, preparing quality, nutritional meals for Meals on Wheels clients and congregate meals for seniors. Order, purchase and monitor food and non-food supplies as required for all programs. This position is responsible for planning the monthly menus, ensuring the nutritional guidelines and the required reports are posted each month. The cook will maintain proper care of food, equipment and kitchen area following required food safety and sanitation procedures. This includes ordering and maintaining the rotation and inventory of dry, cold, and freezer storage areas.
Experience is preferred. Hours are 30 hrs./week (7:00am – 1:00pm) and pay is negotiable. Paid sick leave, holidays and annual leave. Please send resume and references to [email protected]
