NOTICE TO MEMBERS: Meal Changes
Beginning DECEMBER 1, 2025
We will be offering Grab and Go Meals and Congregate meals on --
Mondays (Monday and Tuesdays meal), Wednesdays (Wednesday and Thursdays meal) and Fridays. 
**We will not have meals available to pick up on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

REMINDER: December Holiday Tag Sale
Our Holiday Tag and Bake Sale willl be held this year on December 6th & 7th.
Mark your calendar so you can get a holiday gift or delicious baked goods for yourself
or someone else. Call the center if you have items to contribute to the tag sale.

Building a Healthier Community, One Meal at a Time!


Welcome to the Northfield Senior Center!
At the Northfield Senior Center, our mission is to enhance the quality of life for seniors and the entire community through a variety of essential services and engaging programs. Our foundation is built on the beloved "Meals on Wheels" program, which ensures that our seniors receive delicious, nutritious meals delivered right to their doorsteps. This vital service not only addresses food insecurity but also fosters connections and combats social isolation.
Other Programs:
In addition to our meal delivery service, we offer a welcoming space for all ages to gather, socialize, and participate in enriching activities. Our programs include:
  • Nutritious Meals: Enjoy home-delivered meals available Monday through Friday we also offer a carry-out option. Seniors aged 60+ can access meals for a suggested donation of $5, while those under 60 can enjoy meals for $7.
  • Food Giveaways: We host FREE food giveaways every Tuesday and Wednesday morning, along with the first Thursday of each month. Everyone is welcome, and no application is needed!
  • Community Engagement: Join us for fun events like Bingo, community dinners, foot clinics, and various workshops designed to promote health and wellness.
  • Resource Corner: Explore our corner tag sale, where you can shop for gently used items, with new treasures added regularly.
At the Northfield Senior Center, we believe in the power of community. Our doors are open to everyone, and we are committed to providing a supportive environment where individuals can thrive. Join us today and experience all that we have to offer!
 SPAGHETTI SUPPER RETURNS
These are held, beginning this month, on the
3rd Thursday of every month.
Cost is ​$15 a meal, eat in or take out.

Volunteers Needed
We are looking for volunteers to help with various activites.  We also need people to help in our kitchen and other areas of the center.  Come on and talk with us about what you could do. For more info check here.

 MEALS
We offer both dine-in and carry-out meals each weekday. Dine-in meals are served at 11:00 A.M.
To ensure your meal is reserved, please call us by 9:00 A.M. on the day you plan to join us.
Forgot to call? No problem! Feel free to check in with us to see if any meals are still available. We look forward to sharing a meal with you!
