Meals and Nutrition

We at the Senior Center work hard to ensure that all area seniors have access to at least one regular nutritious meal. Healthy nutrition is very important, and it's at the cornerstone of our work here at the Senior Center. Our on-site chef cooks a meal 5 days a week to be usually served in our dining room and to be sent out to homebound seniors through our Meals on Wheels program. Our meals are all take-out or eat in at this time. Each meal is checked over by a nutritionist to ensure you're getting a healthy meal that will provide 1/3 of your daily nutritional requirements.

Take-Out or Congregate Meals available!

Our Meals all are now take-out meals or congregate. We are back to congregate meals.  Rules are the same they need to be ordered by 9:00 A.M. daily.  Come to the dining room door to eat - in and take-out at the back. Meals are USUALLY served in our dining room 5 days a week and are open to the public.   If you're interested in signing up, please call the Center at (802) 485-8112. We ask that you sign up for the day's meal by 9:00 A.M. to ensure we make enough food. Congregate meals are served at 11 A.M. There is a suggested donation of $5 per meal for those 60+ and $7 for other guests.
